WBC – World Butcher Challenge

September 2 and 3, 2022 – The World Butcher Challenge, set in Sacramento saw 12 countries compete for the World Champion Title. iTEAM-USA was approached and selected by BLS Evasion, the client, less than a couple of month prior to the event, when the client failed to obtain answers from another DMC he had been working with. We pulled the necessary resources to make it work, and we are very proud of both our client’s and our team for making this event a complete success! iTEAM-USA organized the logistics, accommodations, transport, F&B, Excursions, special meetings, and extra services of the French Team, its family, friends and Fans before and during the competition:

80 people and 2 French TV crew members from TF1 discovered San Francisco first and then headed to Sacramento for a 1 week of preparation, meetings and discovery, with the culminating point: the competition that saw France win the title of World Champion in the Young Butcher category, and in the World Best Beef Product category.

TF1, French National TV produced and aired the documentary about the WBC and the French Team on March 25, 2023.
