iTEAM-USA, LLC may offer coupons during special events or on our website/Social Media Channels. If you decide to claim such a coupon and to redeem it, these are the rules, regulations and policy about coupons at iTEAM-USA, LLC
As a customer-focused company, iTEAM-USA, LLC encourages the use of coupons by our customers and clients, in accordance with the following guidelines and as required by state and local laws. Note: this policy may change at any time without advance notice or advertisement. The coupon policy shall be made available upon request online at iTEAM-USA.com/coupon-policy. Any coupon offer not covered in these guidelines shall not be accepted.
General Guidelines
- All coupons are to be presented either electronically or by mail or face to face to one of iTEAM-USA, LLC legal representative at time of billing and payment.
- iTEAM-USA, LLC does not accept expired coupons. Coupons expire at 11:59 p.m. on the expiration date at the point of sale, Florida, USA Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
- iTEAM-USA, LLC will not accept fraudulent or counterfeit coupons as determined by iTEAM-USA, LLC.
- Unless otherwise specified, all coupons have no cash value. Coupons and their face value cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
- Competitor’s coupons shall not be accepted by iTEAM-USA, LLC.
- The total value of the coupons shall not exceed the value of the transaction. Sales tax must be paid, if required by state or country law.
- Coupons can only be applied to events purchased through iTEAM-USA, LLC and iTEAM-USA, LLC will not accept coupons that exceed 1% of the total invoice/bill of the event toward which the coupon is applied, and no cash back is ever provided in exchange for any coupons.
- Coupons that appear distorted, blurry or altered in any way shall not be accepted;
- Coupons may not be applied against any free item received in any offer.
- iTEAM-USA, LLC shall not accept coupons for items not directly booked by iTEAM-USA, LLC.
- iTEAM-USA, LLC reserves the right to limit quantities to customers and employees.
- Coupons may be subject to advertised offer limitations and all other limitations and restrictions on the applicable coupon or product.
- iTEAM-USA, LLC accepts only ONE coupon per event booked and paid by customer/client. If the customer/client has multiple coupons for multiple products, they cannot be applied to the same event. ONE event = One coupon. Two events = Two coupons etc…
- Coupons are transferable before being applied to another person or to another entity (company) within the limit dates mentioned above. Once it is transferred, it cannot be transferred back to the original person who claimed it first. The person or entity that transfers the coupon, must first request permission at INFO to do so, clearly naming the person or entity to which the coupon is being transferred and providing the email address of the new person/entity to whom the coupon will be transferred. iTEAM-USA, LLC reserves the right to refuse the transfer of a coupon for any reason.
- A coupon can only be applied once to one event. Once it is redeemed, it cannot be redeemed for another event.
